Hobbes German Shepherd Dog & Husky Mix Cumming, GA

Hobbes is a 2-year-old German Shephard-Husky Mix. He is a handsome boy with stunning blue eyes and a soft, beautiful tan coat. Hobbes likes dogs but he loves people the most! He loves to snuggle, squeaky toys, balls, chewing on bones, and playing with people. Due to his breed, Hobbes will need an active family and a home with a fenced in back yard. He will probably do best in a home with older children. Hobbes loves the outdoors and going on walks. At 40lbs, Hobbes is currently underweight but is gaining and should end up somewhere around 55lbs. He is also working on his basic commands. Hobbes’ past was as a stray wandering the streets of Fulton County. His Christmas wish is to have his very own place to call home. Could you possibly the family he is hoping for? Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
