Hilaria Collie & Pointer Mix Nashville, TN

Hilaria is a 7 month old smooth coat collie mixed with something like a pointer based on the dogs that were around her. She came to us with 62 of her closest friends from a large hoarding case where they were cared for, but living in very substandard conditions. She is now very fond of 72 degree, dry interiors and regular meals.

Hilaria is a very good girl. She is on the quiet side, but is extremely sweet and very affectionate. Hilaria is good with people of all ages past the screeching years and she is great with other dogs. She prefers that they not rough house with her, but she does love to play. She is curious about cats, but has not been aggressive although this does not make me says she wants to nap with them.

Hilaria would be best in a home with a fenced yard, laid back people who appreciate a dog that wants to be with them, but not necessarily on top of them. She enjoys her walks, but loves to romp in the yard. She would do well in any home that appreciates a really nice, easy going, relatively mellow young dog.
