Hickory Mountain Cur & Hound Mix Cincinnati, OH

Hickory is looking for his furever family. Born in Somerset, Kentucky
April 15th this handsome dude is growing up quickly, already weighing
in at sixteen pounds the last week of June.

Although he is only a few months old he is already showing a very social outgoing personality, he loves to greet visitors in his foster home. HART was told Hickory and his litter mates are Mountain Cur puppies.

He really enjoys playing with other dogs. Hickory is such a cute puppy as he learns to explore, run, hop, chase and retrieve toys, wrestle with foster dogs
and more. His face wrinkles and floppy ears are the cutest features
you will find in any puppy.

Hickory sleeps overnight in a puppy pen by himself. He has been doing
really well with sleeping and no messes in his pen. He does
occasionally use pee pads in his pen. Potty training is a work in
progress but he is showing great signs of daily improvement by going
potty outside with his foster dog friends and sometimes going to the
door to report he has to go outside. He does still have accidents but
is working hard on his potty manners.

Hickory is all puppy - he plays hard then naps just as much. He loves
toys and needs lots of direction to stick with toys to chew. Running
to chase a toy and bring it back is one of his specialities. Now if
he can just find the family that wants to throw the toy he would be
even happier.

All HART dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines, including bordatella and rabies. They are heartworm tested and on preventative for heartworm, fleas, and ticks.
