Please give Mr. Herry the chance he deserves. He has had a pretty traumatic life so far. We've been told he was chained up in the back yard prior to coming to the shelter. He had little to no trust in humans when arriving at the shelter. Once we pulled him from the shelter we sought out some professional training for him. The training went well; however, he had a little setback when transported to Oregon. He has since bonded tremendously with his foster and loves to play with one of his foster brothers. We are not sure how seamless his transition to a forever home will be but we intend on being a part of that transition as needed. He will require lots of patience and understanding of what he has been through. He will need a relatively quiet environment. May even do best with a single owner home. He does not like raised voices or fast moving arms in a motion of swinging at or near him. He is a super sweet boy once he starts to trust his human. Seeks out pets and love. Even a bit playful when he is relaxed. Please don't let his past influence what his future can be. He truly is a good boy with a bad start. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
