Hercules came in as a stray and to our surprise no owner came forward. Hercules is approx. 4-5mths old, neutered male puppy. He is going to be a very big boy, he is very sweet, very intelligent, he knows several basic commands, he is used to being in a kennel. He loves everyone and everything. He will need someone who can train him, who has time for a puppy, he has a lot of energy and needs things to do. He needs someone who understands he is going to be very large when he is full grown and is prepared for that. With the training he already has and consistent training as he grows up, he will grow up to be amazing. He is not an apartment dog, he will need a large securely fenced yard, an active family (No children under the age of 12yrs), no cats, no submissive dogs, he loves walking and would make a great hiking partner, maybe even a jogging partner.

My adoption fee is $400.00

1. Are you a renter or homeowner? (homeowner to provide mortgage statement)
2. If you are a renter, can your provide a letter from your landlord stating you can have a large German Shepard? (Hercules is NOT an apartment dog)
3. Do you have a large securely fenced yard?
4. How many hours will he be left home a day?
5. Do you have time for training? He will need 24/7 training with constancy, most likely he will need a professional trainer. Is this something you can financially do?
6. Are you an active household? I.e hiking, walking, jogging etc.
7. Can you financially afford further vaccines?
8. How many people and ages live in your household?
9. How many other animals and types live in your household? (No cats), please tell me about the dog(s) you have in your home.
10. Have you ever had a large dog, specifically a German Shepard?
