Hera Pit Bull Terrier Mix Carrollton, GA

Hera is a 5.5 year old Pit mix who is very sweet, smart, and loving. Hera walks well on a leash, likes being outside in the sunshine, and is a very picky treat eater! This beautiful girl gets her name from a Greek Goddess because she truly is a Queen in her own right! We have not seen Hera around other dogs, so a meet-n-greet would be best if you have other dogs because Hera has a pretty dominant personality most of the time. Hera has recently been treated for heartworms and will require limited activity for the next few weeks.

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.

The adoption fee covers the spay/neuter surgery, a 1-year rabies shot, a da2ppv shot (canine distemper/parvo vaccine), heartworm test, deworming and microchip.
