Henrietta, called "Henry" for short, is a beautiful white and tan Chihuahua mix. She was born on 05/12/08, she is almost 14 years, and weighs 10 lb. Henrietta looks and acts younger than she is. She gets along well with other dogs and actually has been living with a Pitbull, she prefers they not get in her face or be too rough with her and she has done great with them. She does well with cats also and has been around a 10 year old child and gets along great with that young one as well. Henrietta does well on a leash and enjoys walks. She is housetrained but does best if let out frequently. She likes going into her crate with the door open for her own quiet time. An application must be filled out and accepted before a meet can be set up. If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time. We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes. Therefore, meets and adoptions take place at either our office or at a place chosen by the foster. If a pet has 'pending' beside its name, an adoption is imminent. Please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through. Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
