Henny Labrador Retriever Mix Clayton, NC

Gorgeous ears and gorgeous personality to match! Henny is such a happy, good-natured dog...the only thing that will make her happier is to have a family again. Someone taught her to sit, shake AND roll over, so we assume that she once had a nice home. She is so smart!

Whatever the circumstances that brought her to rescue, Henny loves people and loves to play with dogs. She is naturally unsure of new things, people, situations but with a strong leader and a slow introduction to new things, she does great. She is good on her walks, with occasional moments of youthful exuberance. We think she is a one year old retriever mix and weighs 46 pounds. She is very healthy, very charismatic and entertaining!

Henny will be a great addition home that will not leave her unattended in the yard. She is athletic and has jumped out of her kennel to join other dogs in the Red Barn dog park, so we know that she will go looking for the party if she is left unattended in a fenced yard.

Henny is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. Our $300 adoption fee helps to cover these expenses.
