-Can Live with Cats: No, Hennessey was too rough with the cat in previous home.

-Can Live with Dogs: Potentially with just the right match. Hennessey doesn't have the best social skills and often greets other dogs pretty rudely. Another high energy dog that can tolerate rude puppy play might be okay, pending an intro at the shelter.

-Can do Apartment Living: Not recommended. Strange people/noises, tight hallways, and elevators may prove to be a high stressor for Hennessey. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal!

-Potty Trained: Not quite. With a consistent routine, she should catch on quickly!

-Bite History: No

-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: No

-Energy Level: High
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes- spay/microchip

Additional Information: Hennessey is an exuberant young pup who unfortunately was not provided with adequate care throughout much of her formative months. She is vey human social and eager for attention/interaction, but doesn't always know how to ask for it appropriately (jumps up) but with a steady, predictable routine and consistent training, she should catch on to what's expected of her in no time! Hennessey would do great with a patient, dog-savvy adopter who can let her explore new things at her own pace. Someone who is home more often than not, especially in the first few weeks, would be ideal while Hennessey adjusts.
