Hemi is a 2 year old 8 lbs little guy. He's.friendly and loves playing with the other dogs in foster care. For his size, he is fearless . He loves belly rubs and enjoys being in his Foster's lap. He and another small guy wererescued from a backyard in garland. Due to his tiny size, older children only.
