Meet Helix – A Sweet Survivor Looking for His Forever Home!

Say hello to Helix, an adorable 12 week-old pup with a heart full of love and the softest black fur. Weighing in at just 15 pounds, Helix is mostly black with a splash of white on his chest, his chin and a single white paw – a little reminder of how special he truly is.
Helix came from a litter of seven, but fate had a different path for him. While his siblings were quickly adopted or rescued, Helix was left behind in a high-kill shelter. Thankfully, Take Paws Rescue stepped in just in time and gave him a second chance at life.
Despite his rough start, Helix is one of the friendliest, gentlest little guys you’ll meet. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and even cats, making him a great fit for a multi-pet household. He’s already making great progress with potty training and crate training – a smart little pup who's eager to please!
Helix is looking for a loving home where he can continue to grow, feel safe, and be spoiled with all the belly rubs and cuddles he deserves. Could that home be yours?
