Heidi German Shepherd Dog Mix Woodland, CA

At 6 years old, this beautiful girl deserves a forever home to call her own. Her ideal adopter will give her time and patience to adjust to new situations and allow her to take things in at her own pace. Kids are likely too unpredictable for her so she would prefer an adults-only home where she can snuggle up next to her humans and rest her head in your lap. Also...she's super soft! Heidi weighs 80 lb.

You can meet Heidi or any of our other shelter dogs on Fridays or Saturdays from 11AM-3PM for walk-ins. You can also schedule an appointment ahead of time and on other days via our adoption inquiry form at friendsofycas.org/dogs

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).
