Heather's foster mom said that Heather is a very sweet puppy that loves to be in your lap and receive pets. Heather is the most vocal of her siblings when it comes to barking and her cute puppy noises. She loved the foster's children and enjoyed being in their laps! Heather was great at playing for a bit and then napping for a bit, and she always made sure to find someone to snuggle with before her naps.
