Hazel's Story

Hey there, world! I'm Hazel - professional zoomer, treat enthusiast, and proud big sister to my shy twin, Fern!

I've got energy for days and I'm still figuring out what to do with it all. (Do I chase the ball? Do I wiggle? Do I zoom in circles? The answer is yes. Always yes.)

I'm a young gal with a big brain - my shelter friends say I'm super smart and would totally rock obedience or even trick training. I mean, I could be a stunt dog... just saying.

I'm helping Fern learn that the world isn't so scary - there's fun to be had, people to love, and adventures waiting just outside the kennel door. I'm looking for a person who loves to play, laugh, and teach me cool stuff. In return, I'll be your most loyal, joyful sidekick.
http://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TIP-A-503

Scoot to the Stars Rescue's Adoption Policy
We base our adoption decisions on the best fit, not as first-come, first-served. An application comes first and then if selected, we will schedule an initial meet and greet. Dog to dog greets are done at a different time if there are resident dogs in the home. If all goes well, our next step is a home check. Upon approval of home check, we will meet again to go over medical needs and care, such as bladder expression and special care specific to the selected animal to ensure everyone if comfortable handling their new pup. We offer training for all fosters and adopters.
