Hazel Poodle Mix Conover, NC

Meet sweet Miss Hazel. She is a 14 year old girl who sadly went through some hard times lately. She was found in the middle of the night by a caring person, and she then came to us. She is a little malnourished, but Miss Hazel is working hard to correct this. She loves to eat and is getting better by the day! She had some untreated skin issues when she first arrived, but with some meds and TLC, all that is healing up nicely. No more sores and hair starting to grow back! She has some vision and hearing issues due to her age, but that doesn't slow this girl down whatsoever. She loves to go for walks, runs in the yard with her doggie friends, and has more speed than you would think. She acts way younger than her age for sure. She walks well on leash, great with other dogs, all people and children. She is housebroken and very smart. Getting playful as well. Sleeps through the night and is very content to snuggle in her bed with her canine friends. She is low-maintenance and would make a wonderful companion for anyone interested in a more mature dog.
