Hey there, it’s Hayden! Or should I say, "Hay! Nice to meet ya!" I’m a 50-pound, 1 year and 9 month-old Heinz 57 (think coonhound/foxhound mix, with maybe a little extra spice) who’s part goofy, part loveable, and all ready to find my forever home! Life hasn’t always been smooth hayrides for me—I came from a tough situation with hoarding and neglect. No outdoor time, no potty breaks, and my humans just up and left me, five cats, and my sibling to fend for ourselves. (Hay, not cool!) But don’t worry, I’m on to greener pastures now! A wonderful lady saved me and got me out of that tiny cell where I’d been boarded for weeks. Then my amazing foster mom drove all the way to the Iowa border to save me from my haywire situation. Now I’m living the good life and showing off just how awesome I am. I worked hard in my foster home and now I am house broken and crate trained. Presently, I am honing my learning leash manners. I get along great with other dogs, cats, and kids, so hey—it’s pretty clear I’m a total package! I’ve got energy to spare, but I’m also sweet as pie, so whether it’s apartment life with daily adventures or a house with a fenced yard, I’ll make it work. If you’re looking for a pup who’s hay-lariously fun, smart, and ready to give you all the love you can handle, I’m your guy. So hay, let’s make some memories together

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip! We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. *Adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out*
