Hawkeye is a 3 year old, 25 pound poodle who was transferred from Cleveland Animal Control to us. This sweet guy just LOVES treats and will never say no to a good tasty chew! Hawkeye is very sweet and loves head rubs, he really enjoys going for walks and does awesome on a leash. Hawkeye would prefer to be your only dog so he can be the main star! Just a soft bed to lay in and some treats and he's one happy camper! Hawkeye has been fully vetted and is ready to be adopted.
Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with the foster to set up a meet and greet. We are a foster based RESCUE, not a shelter. All of our dogs are in individual foster homes. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs.
For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
