Name: Haven Best Guess for Breed: Heeler and lab mix

Best Guess for Age: 3 years as of April 2025 SEX: Female

Approximate Weight: 36 lbs

Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: DC area foster home

Haven is Looking For: Her safe haven! This sweet girl was an amazing mama to her seven babies Hershey, Hinata, Halo, Hopper, Heidi, Harleigh, Hedwig, and they're all off to get their own homes. And now she has all that love and affection piling up, ready to bestow upon her new humans.
She's in her prime and has all that awesome young-dog energy. She's eager for long sniffy walks, romps in parks, and all the adventures her family can dream up. Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are on her wish list as well. But you know what she wants most? To know she's safe and loved and under her own roof.
She has so much to offer. Adoring gazes, love, and loyal companionship for all her days. What do you say? Is Haven the one you see by your side?
What My Foster Says About Me: Haven is doing great, settling in. She has been sleeping a large portion of the day (she found a blanket she LOVES!). She got acquainted with our Resident Dog Clint quickly and is great at matching play styles. There have been no issues with potty training, and she does well in the crate, She is an extreme snuggle bug, loves to just be near people and get scratches!!!
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online at bit.ly/adoptaluckydog .

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have for adoption. That said, we cannot make any guarantees about age, breed or temperament.
