Meet Harvie! She is an approximately 2.5 yo, 35lb Cattledog mix. We pulled her from a high kill shelter in the 559 area code and Harvie has been with her foster for about a month now. She was very timid and anxious in the shelter after her litter all found homes and she was left behind. While at her foster home she has made some progress. Harvie come out of her shell and presents as a good family dog. Harvie has been good with the respectful toddler in the home as well as the resident dogs of all sizes. She is a little bit insecure some areas such as getting in the car/riding in the car and occasionally balks at going thru doorways if she is a little bit anxious. She would benefit from obedience classes to help her build confidence. We’d say Harvie is a medium energy dog. She’s house trained, leash trained (doesn’t pull) and knows a few commands. Harvie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, deowormed, on flea & tick prevention, negative for heartworm and on heartworm prevention.

Please no apartments, condos, or mobile home parks. A home check is required.

No out of state adoptions. Adoption fees are non-negotiable.
