Harriet's Story

Meet Ms. Harriet aka Queen Bee or Ms. Thang!

When she moved in, she immediately acted like she's always lived here. She is a velcro dog who wants in on the action wherever you are. She loves nothing more than curling up next to you and giving herself a bath or throwing herself across your lap and snoring contentedly. She's a licker and has "bad breathed" us both when she's expressing her "feelings" toward us. When she's really feeling herself she fake snores for effect. She hatehatehates the crate and lets you know in no uncertain terms. She has a bark that sounds like a cross between whisper barking and an old car engine firing up after sitting for a while. We have been doing some work on manners compliments of the squirt bottle and some consistency which has curbed her attitude. She now crates overnight and only asks to be let out if she needs to potty.

Harriet is no stranger to the kitchen and has zero fear of the vacuum-inator. She walks right past it without flinching.

Harriet is very passionate about food. She is simply the most precious little thing and has obviously lived indoors and enjoyed the finer things in life somewhere in her past. Either that, or she's the most resilient forgiving little creature ever. She snort talks and definitely lets you know when she wants your attention or her feelings are hurt (She's a sensitive girl.) We have a baby gate blocking the entrance to the master bedroom to keep ALL the dogs out. She scales it no problem and lets herself in when and where she wants to go. This little Queen deserves only the best things in life.

She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and current with all vaccines (as appropriate for her age) and on flea and heartworm prevention. Harriet is currently being fostered in South Carolina.

ADOPT HARRIET!! www.LuckyPupRescueSC.com The adoption fee is $375.00 and we require a vet check and home visit.
