Harper's Story

Meet Harper!

This gal was found roaming around Eloy in a deserted area. Oh, and she was VERY pregnant! We got her to a foster home and one week later she gave birth. She is housebroken, dog door trained, leash trained, kennel trained and is VERY smart! She knows how to sit, shake, lay down, and roll over. She has lived in a foster home with small dogs, cats, kids, men, and women! She loves them all

Harper is Spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and 4DX (tick/heartworm test) tested. Paw Posse Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
All potential adopters fill out an application. If we feel based off the application that they may be a good fit we do a phone interview. If that goes well we do a meet and greet. If there are other dogs involved they are included in the meet and greet. If that goes well we move to the home inspection. If they pass we can process the application. Sometimes dogs don't mesh the first time meeting. We will set up additional meet and greets for the dogs. There may be things in their home that we ask them to change (storage box by a fence, lock on the gate, barrier at the front door). Once we verify these items repaired/in place we will approve the application. We follow up with our adopters regularly. We ask for updated photos and help with any concerns they may be having.
