Harper is a 3 year old Lab/Rottweiler mix who is very energetic and playful! This lady has a larger-than-life personality that goes well with her larger stature. Harper weighs 75 lbs and stands about hip high to most adults. This sweet, spunky girl needs a home with a fenced in yard and lots of room to run. Because running is Harper's favorite activity! Harper needs lots of exercise to keep up with her high energy levels. Harper is very smart and just needs someone to show her the ropes to her new life, then we know she will be a wonderful dog for someone!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
