Meet Harper

My name is Harper. I am a chihuahua mix little girl and 100% pure cuteness. I love to snuggle and play with other small pups! I am low maintenance but do prefer gourmet food or even homemade food. My foster mom makes me a chicken and rise with veggies and I gobble it all up! I have a small tummy but usually eat twice a day. I like having a collar around my neck but I am still unsure of walks so I will need a little bit of time to get used to being on a leash. I am mostly potty trained and go with my foster sister outside to tinkle. When I am left alone in the house I try not to misbehave. If I have a doggy door nearby I will go outside when I need to! When you come home I will dance and wiggle my butt to show you how happy I am to see you.
