Meet Harper
With her amazing ears, cool eye patch, and sleek fur, were not exactly sure whats in Harpers genes. She could be a mix of border collie, Aussie, or even koolie. What we do know is that she is pretty awesome.
At a year old and 32 pounds, Harper is the perfect age and size. She is very Velcro with her person but is playful with other dogs and independent outside when she is exploring the world. Shes energetic outdoors but has an off switch indoors and likes to snuggle and play with toys.
Harper is super intelligent and extremely fast, so shed likely excel at agility. Shes good on a leash, is fabulous in her crate, and is absolutely house trained. Shes very obedient and pays attention to her person. Because she is hearing impaired, shes learning sign commands and already has mastered sit, down, no, and come.
Harper would love an active family with herding dog experience who will offer her lots of exercise and daily activity. Because of her herding instinct, she cant have children under 10 or small dogs. If theres another dog in the home, know that shell love to play with them, but Harper has to learn to share her persons lap.
Harper is up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and current on heartworm/flea and tick prevention. Also included in her adoption is a Fi GPS collar and one year of GPS service subscription. If she were to escape, as soon as she leaves the safe zone you set around your home, you are alerted
so that you can find Harper's whereabouts. Youll also be able to see how many steps per day she takes to ensure she gets the right amount of exercise, alongside many other features to explore in the Fi mobile app.
