Meet Harper. She is a very special friend of ours and we need to help her find a more appropriate living situation for her. We are partnering with PNWBR in finding this gal a new place to call home.

Harper will be 4 years old this November. She is an English Bulldog, and has Spina Bifida. She is fecal and urinary incontinent BUT she is fully mobile. She is dog friendly but loves to rough house so other dogs should like that too. She is on a special food and cannot stray from that without major tummy issues and she is highly allergic to fish. For treats she gets carrots, frozen broccoli, blueberries, mango, and green beans. Stray from this and her bottom breaks out! Harper also cannot use wipes, she is allergic to them. She gets her tushy washed in the bath or sink with each change instead.

Here is the absolute non negotiable piece...Harper is noise sensitive. She needs a quieter environment so no young kids. She will prefer soft spoken humans with a soft step. Sudden loud noises upset her. She loves her humans, she just wants you to use your indoor voices.
