Story & background:

Harmony is a rescue from Bloomington. She was found with her other two siblings on a property that has a lot of old trailers and motorhomes. On the property, there were four dogs who are not Spayed/ Neutered. People on the property said that these dogs belong to different owners on the property. When our volunteers asked the owners about their dogs and the puppies, they said that the dogs keep having puppies every six months and they would like to Spay/Neuter them but they can't afford it. They asked the rescue to help them Spay/Neuter all four adult dogs on the property on the expense of the rescue. They also asked the rescue to take possession of the three puppies until they find a home. Immediately, our rescue scheduled four appointment for the adult dogs to be fixed and then returned them back to their owners after operated. In addition, our rescue took posession of the small puppies and sent them to a foster home where they stayed for over 4 months until they reached an age where they can be Spayed/Neutered as a final step before being posted for adoption. All three puppies are exceptionally smart and fast to learn. They are healthy and ready for a forever home. The ideal family for these puppies is a family with children. It is recommend that they live with a family that has another dog the same size (Just to have a companion). Potential adopter should allow some time for any puppy he/she adopts to adjust in his/her new home since the puppies are so attached to their current foster mom and so with other puppies they currently live with. These puppies are shy with strangers at the beginning but they open up fast afterwards.

At the time of the adoption, the adopter receives a complete health record for his/her adopted dog on site. Necessary paperwork such as the rabies certificate, Spay/neuter certificate, vaccination record, and a copy of the adoption agreement are all handed to the adopter at the time of the adoption. These documents help the adopters in the process of licensing the dog or registering the dog as an emotional support animal (ESA). All dogs posted for adoption are 100% ready for their forever homes.
