Meet Harlow! Harlow is a mellow 2 year old chocolate standard poodle weighing about 50 lbs. She is a beautiful girl with cocoa colored coat and teddy bear eyes. She is looking for a home with a dog her size and a fenced back yard so she can romp and play. She is incredibly smart, happy, and curious. Did I mention smart? She learned the word potty in two repetitions! She loves dogs and playing with dogs, but might be a bit too much for a timid small dog, and she shows interest in chasing cats. She came from a puppy mill and is still cautious around new people but once you earn her trust, you will have the best bff for hiking, running, or other kinds of adventures. She has perfected crate training, and potty training, and has learned to walk on a leash. She is quick and eager to please! Her foster mamma loves how regal & athletic she is.

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.

All our dogs have been treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption.

We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
