Harbor was found as a stray and brought to the New York Animal Care Centers in Manhattan by the police<br/><br/>At the shelter he didn't do as badly as expected but they did notice he was mouthy and jumpy.<br/><br/>His time was coming to an end and there was no space at the shelter. A nice guy stepped up to save his life an fostered him. He loves to chill in his crate and nap all day if given the chance. He LOVES going on walks.<br/><br/>He takes a while to warm up to people but once he gets to know you, he's just a ball of love. He is good with some dogs but can be dog selective with other male dogs. He would love to chase small animals so NO cats or small children.<br/><br/>The best fit for Harbor would be someone to continue his training understanding mouthy behavior and keep him active.
