Harbor was found as a stray and brought to the New York Animal Care Centers in Manhattan by the police<br/><br/>At the shelter he didn't do as badly as expected but they did notice he was mouthy and jumpy.<br/><br/>His time was coming to an end and there was no space at the shelter. A nice guy stepped up to save his life an fostered him. He is good with some dogs but can be dog selective with other male dogs. He would love to chase small animals so NO cats or small children.<br/><br/>The best fit for Harbor would be someone to continue his training understanding mouthy behavior and keep him active.
