Happy’s not only a happy girl but also the queen of the head tilt! She’s a female Terrier mix that’s 4 years old and weighs about 13 pounds. This little girl can be a bit reserved at first but she warms up quickly. Once you get to know her, you’ll see that she’s sweet, friendly, affectionate, well-mannered, calm, and gentle. Happy’s great on walks, awesome with her potty training, and doesn’t mind her crate! She loves chewing on bully sticks, hanging out with her fosters, and getting belly rubs. Meet our adoptable pups! In compliance with NYC Phase 4 re-opening (www1.nyc.gov/), we will have an in-person meet and greet and Livestream event on Saturday, April 10th @ Mika Café in Bushwick (25 Thames St, Brooklyn). The event will be held at the outdoor event space from 11:30 am – 3 pm. This will be an opportunity where you can meet the dogs in person from a safe social distance.

This is not an adoption event; potential adopters will be able to watch the Livestream, learn about each dog's personality, and then meet/greet and observe the dogs from a safe social distance behind their playpens. Your brief questions will be answered, and if you are interested in adopting, an adoption application can be filled out online before or after this event. Our adoption radius is now within 30 miles of the following locations: NYC, Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Western & Eastern CT. You must be able to pick up the dog at our office in Astoria, Queens (no exceptions). You must wear a mask and practice safe social distancing when traveling and picking up the dog.
