Meet Happy
FOSTERED IN: Oak Forest, IL 60542
ESTIMATED DOB: 2009
WEIGHT: 14lbs
KIDS: Likely
DOGS: Yes
CATS: Some
HISTORY:
Happy was surrendered to an open intake animal facility because her owners could no longer care for her.
ABOUT:
Someone forgot to teach Happy that you don’t talk to strangers. Happy is very outgoing and wants to meet and follow every new person she encounters. Happy loves to give kisses if it is allowed. She gets along very well with the resident min pin, but she must be fed separately. She is also being fostered with a cat, she does well but she likes to chase any new cat for a few days before she gets bored and gives up, so she will do best with cats who can tolerate that type of behavior. Happy will potty outside, but she is accustomed to having pee pads, so that may need to be continued in any future home. Happy is a great medium energy level. She likes to go for walks and enjoys chasing balls, but she is also great at lounging and isn’t going to run circles around you nor demand hours of exercise each day. Happy had very terrible ear infections when she arrived at rescue so her future family will always need to keep an eye on her ears. Happy is, just, well...HAPPY! She seems to be very adaptable and easy going. She just wants to have someone who loves her and that she can love back.
