REQUIREMENTS: live in the Rochester NY area (within 1/2 hr drive) and have a physically fenced in yard for pup to safely run and play in.

Hannah is a 14 week old Lab mix, maybe with a smaller herding breed? DOB 11/09/20 She has lots of puppy energy and loves to play. She has made progress with potty training but will need continued training. She comes when called and knows the basic sit, stay and lay down commands. She plays well with other dogs but hasn’t been around cats. She’s becoming more confident every day but doesn’t like to be alone for too long so an energetic playmate would be preferred. She has all the clumsiness and playfulness you would expect from a puppy so be prepared to teach and train her so that she gets all her energy out without getting into trouble!
She will be going to his adoptive home under a foster to adopt contract until her spay is complete. You would be required to get her into our vet clinic once booked for 7:30 am in Rochester and then pick up (3 to 4 pm) from rescue to finalize adoption at that time. For this reason we will not adopt to anyone outside our immediate adoption area. All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.
