Hank 2 Yorkshire Terrier Los Alamitos, CA

Hank is a male 1.5 year old yorkshire terrier. He is 3.5 lbs of love, affection, fun and energy. There is vague information about his past but what we do know is that whatever happened to Hank left him paralyzed from the waist down (although he does have some feeling in his feet but does not use his legs). Hank acts like every other dog but he does require special care. He is able to go potty on his own but does not have a lot of bladder control. He has to be watched all the time or be in a safe playpen as he is tiny but absolutely fearless and does not know that he has special needs. His perfect home would have someone who works from home or can take Hank to work with them. No small children (only because he is little and can't really get out of the way), no rambunctious dogs (same reason as the children) and someone who enjoys the extra care of the tinies and special needs pups. He loves his stroller and wheelchair and loves being carried everywhere too. Hank really is so special, so kissy and so sweet. He loves his toys and any and all attention.
This dog may be available to an out of the area adoption if you are experienced with wheelchair pups and are willing to come to S.CA to pick him up. We will not transport/ship.

We do not have a shelter/kennel. Our pets are fostered/boarded all over LA and Orange County.
This pet is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a brief temperament evaluation to help us determine what type of a home he/she would thrive in. Please note that we put lots of time and effort to make sure our pets are ready to be someone's perfect pet before they go home.... and to make sure that we will have the best possible match for this pet we do require an : application, interview, adoption fee and in some case a home check.
