Hank 2 Yorkshire Terrier Los Alamitos, CA

Hank is a male 1.5 year old yorkshire terrier. He is 3.2 lbs of love, affection, fun and energy. There is vague information about his past but what we do know is that whatever happened to Hank left him permanently paralyzed from the waist down. Hank acts like every other dog but he does require special care. He will never be fully potty trained as does not feel when he is going potty, whoever he does both pee and poop on his own. He has to be watched all the time or be in a safe playpen as he is tiny but absolutely fearless. We are looking for a foster to adopt type situation for him as he does still need to be neutered and have a dental (to pull a few puppy teeth). His perfect home would have someone who works from home or can take Hank to work with them. No small children (only because he is little and can't really get out of the way), no rambunctious dogs (same reason as the children) and someone who enjoys the extra care of the tinies and special needs pups. He loves his stoller and we are working on getting him a wheelchair (he should have one before adoption is finalized). Hank really is so special, so kissy and so sweet. He loves his toys and any and all attention.
This dog is not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please do not apply.

We do not have a shelter/kennel. Our pets are fostered/boarded all over LA and Orange County.
This pet is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a brief temperament evaluation to help us determine what type of a home he/she would thrive in. Please note that we put lots of time and effort to make sure our pets are ready to be someone's perfect pet before they go home.... and to make sure that we will have the best possible match for this pet we do require an : application, interview, adoption fee and in some case a home check.
