I was previously living outside, on hard surfaces, and being used to make babies. I’m sure I made some beautiful babies – because, well, look at how gorgeous and stately I am. My breeder no longer had a use for me, so here I am, looking for a forever home to live out the rest of my days.

I had never lived inside, or been in a car, or been to a vet. I rode in a car for 3 days straight with my sister and did great, but I was so happy to get out of the car and stretch my legs. I also was a rockstar at the vet – I got all my shots without any issues and then stood patiently to get all my toenails cut.

I very quickly learned to love the comforts of home, and now love to hang out on my dog bed or on the couch.

I am a total Velcro dog; I rarely leave my foster momma’s side. I need to learn some basic manners, but am a very nice boy. I’ve mastered ‘sit’! I am mostly potty trained – I’ve had a couple of accidents in the house – but remember I have never lived in a house until now.

I like my foster siblings but would be totally content being the only dog to soak up all your attention.

I’m good in my crate when my foster pawrents have to leave the house. I haven’t been destructive.

I don’t fight or guard food or toys or anything else. I haven’t shown any signs of aggression with people or dogs. I am learning that there’s enough of my foster pawrents to go around – I have never had this much human love so sometimes feel I need to keep my doggy siblings away.

As much as any family would be lucky to have me, I would love to have a family that can spend lots of time with me. I’m a very good boy looking for my furever home. Is that you????? If so, please submit an adoption application to: Save Rocky the Great Dane Rescue and Rehab aka Srgdrr Inc
