GUS IS CURRENTLY FOSTERED NEAR CEDAR RAPIDS, IA.

Gus was discovered while street feeding in Cleveland, TX. He was found at a gas station, standing by our volunteer's car and begging to be saved.

Gus is around three years old, he’s a mix of Labrador and Terrier. When he first arrived, he didn’t know what a leash was or what it felt like to be loved. Now, he’s eager to please and walks like a good boy. He also keeps his crate clean, showing just how far he’s come.

Health Update: Gus is heartworm positive, which is common among strays in the South. The good news is that he has started treatment and is on his way to being heartworm negative soon. If you have any questions about his health, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email. Gus is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, on monthly preventative, dewormed, and microchipped.
