- Other dogs, other animals. Gus is fostered on a farm. He is interested in the goats, chickens and horses but does ok. Should be supervised with.

Meet Gus
Are you seeking a giant, fluffy, happy go lucky friend to keep you company? Gus could be your guy! He’s an easy going guy that asks for little. He likes a soft bed, good eats and belly rubs. He does well with many dogs in his foster home but may enjoy being the center of attention too. He’s a distinguished gentleman in the area of 10 plus years we estimate. He is well behaved inside but needs potty breaks and has an occasional accident. He may not be able to make it a whole work day but he does fine overnight.
Gus has had a couple lumps removed (not cancer) but has some irritation on his ear tips. The test was inconclusive for cancer. We hope it’s not and that he has a few more good years. He can do a few stairs but it’s likely in the future he may not be able to. He’s a big guy at 75lbs (maybe gaining a few more) so carrying likely isn’t an option.
He loves everyone and is so happy for attention. He enjoys puttering around the yard and lying on the porch. He may enjoy and easy stroll around the neighborhood but also likely happy with a yard to explore.
His breed mix is just a guess but he does have double rear dew claws and seems that husky/malamute is likely. He is also great at the vet, even for nail trims!
Gus just had a full dental done.
