Meet Gus

Gus is a 1 year old Shepherd mix who reminds us of Charlie from the movie "All Dogs Go To Heaven." He came to RESCUEDohio as a stray from Pike County. He spent a couple weeks in boarding when he first arrived, but now he is in a foster home and adjusting to regular life. He's about 80 pounds & will probably put on a few more. He seems to get along with other dogs, but will need a dog who can hold their own during playtime because he likes to play a bit rough. He's still working on house-training, but seems to be improving quickly. He pulls during walks & doesn't know commands yet, so basic obedience classes would be great for him!
