Hi, I’m Gunner! I came into care from a cold outdoor life and am loving this thing they call a “family”! Maybe I could join yours?

I am a sweet, floppy cuddle-bug with lots of love to go around. I just love meeting new people! Everyone I have met so far is my friend, and I am especially sweet with tiny humans. I also love the other dogs in my foster home! Sometimes I am a little too rough with them or try to “borrow” their toys while they’re using them (whoops) but they are teaching me dog-manners and I’m catching on really quickly. I’m pretty sure I’m a lapdog and like to cuddle with my foster family all the time.

I’m nearly there with my kennel training, and am proud to say I’m totally house trained! I’m fairly new to this leash thing but so far I love it, and am a very polite walking buddy. I am working to learn my basic commands and should have them in no time. Sometimes I get SO excited to see my foster family that I want to jump up and say hi, but I’m working on greeting my family politely. I would love to check out obedience classes with you to work on my manners and meet new people!
