Grover Border Collie & Pointer Mix Vine Grove, KY

Grover is a boarder collie, pointer mix that has just turned a year old. He came to ARC when the people who found him were no longer able to care for him. He has recently been returned to us from an adopter who became extremely allergic. Grover is a sweet boy, full of puppy energy. While he was at ARC the first time he enjoyed being in foster care during extreme cold weather and was often seen playing in the snow and even doing some sled riding! He loves hanging out with people and being a part of the daily routine as well as long walks at the park or hikes in the woods.
Grover hasn't yet had an opportunity to play with his kennel mates just yet so we are not sure the sort of playmate he will do best with. We do know that he is interested in chasing cats and will be evaluating hos interactions in the days to come.
Grover is fully vetted as well as heartworm neg and is utd on all prevention meds.
