Meet Groot
Meet Groot! He is a male German Shepherd seeking a forever home. He was born in January 2017. Here is a little bit about him: He’s super silly and LOVES squeaky toys. He is good with kids (would do best on a home with children over 5) and has been getting lots of practice on his leash walking lately!.
Still learning manners but making steady progress. He adores toys, balls and endless tug o war. We are still learning how he is with other dogs but have been told NO cats. He’s good with kids over age 5, again because he needs to learn no jumping. Groot needs a fenced yard.
Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise.
Applications can be found at www.mikeyschance.com and completed on a computer, tablet, and/or phone. Please note that adopters are not chosen on a first come, first served basis, but full consideration is given to the best fit for the dog AND the adopter. Applications can take up to 3 weeks to process. Application submission DO NOT guarantee approval for adoption.
