Hello future family. My name is Gringo, I'm4.5 yrs. old and I have a pretty sad story. My family left me and I ended up in a foster home where I was attacked by four other dogs. But I was brought into this rescue group who is working hard with me to learn to trust other dogs again. I’m doing so much better! It’s a slow process to get me to warm up and trust but I’ve done it! I play so well with my foster sister. I feed off of her energy, so if she’s tired, I respect that and will leave her alone. I’m such a loving boy! I would be so happy as an only dog. But with the right family, I do well with cats and other dogs that are laid back. High energy dogs make me very scared and I’ll hide. I need a patient family that will allow me to take my time with new introductions to new siblings. I’m very conscientious and listen to my foster mom so well. I’m human-affection motivated, which makes me a fast learner. I do need some help potty training but for the most part I think I’m doing well. I just want unconditional love and a good family. Will you be that family for me?
