Meet Gratitude

Gratitude (aka "Grady") came to Colorado recently when a hurricane swept through Texas this summer. This lucky girl is guessed to be a little 4 month old Chihuahua mix, and weighs a "whopping" 6.4lbs?! ;)

This little puppy has won the hearts of her foster family. She is very playful and is always trying to escape from her puppy pen to go play with her 10 year old human foster sister and the big dogs in the home. She is very small and does not like to be without her family, especially outside. She will need a very secure yard. She can be an escape artist. She loves to go on walks and has a lot of puppy energy. She is good with kids, dogs and cats!

Given her energy, it would be best if her future family has either kids or other dogs to play with. She is a very sensitive girl and prefers to be with other dogs when her humans leave the house. She is working on potty training but cannot be left alone for more than 3-4 hours during the day.
