This girl is sweet, food driven and LOVES to snuggle on her favourite chair or in bed with her people. She sleeps with her 4yr human sister regularly but would be recommended with kids over the age of 10 as we have been working on some resource guarding with her and she would do best with kids able to understand that.
Gracie is a true hound- she may also have some smaller terrier in her- she is a whopping 31lbs and wicked fast! She requires a securely fenced yard as she does have a prey drive, (so no cats) and and likes to sing the song of her people when the chipmunks tease her. Gracie is housetrained- she gives very clear cues when she needs to go out. She will have the odd accident if her cues go unnoticed.
This girl is medium energy, likes to go for a good walk every day but is also happy to skip her walk when it's too cold and snuggle in front of the fire.
Gracie is crate trained- she can be vocal when first in her crate but she does settle. She is non-destructive in the house but will steal food off the counter if she can reach it (typical hound).
Gracie will thrive in a home with another dog that likes to wrestle/play and an experienced pawrent. She is extremely eager to please and deserves her furrever after ?
