Gracia Pit Bull Terrier Mix Cumming, GA

Gracia came to Hero in early January 2022. Her shelter photos were heartbreaking, and a Hero Foster mom couldn’t look away. It was obvious that Gracia didn’t have much confidence, so foster mom did what she thought was best…she took her to work! Gracia doesn’t stray too far from foster mom while in the office, but she will visit with the other employees. She is going to need someone with patience to give her time to come out of her shell. She has a lot of luggage to unpack before she is ready to full trust again. With time, this sweet girl should adjust to a quiet home where she is treated like the queen that she is. Gracia is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccinations, house and great trained. She is dog and cat friendly.

Your Current Pets - We do require that all of your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a homecheck prior to adoption.
