Here’s a million dollar smile for you! Look at this very handsome boy! He is 1.5 yrs old, weighs about 55 pounds. He’s neutered, up to date with vaccines and kennel trained. He’s in a foster home and doing well!

Goose is a playful Evernote. He loves wrestling and playing tug-of-war with his foster sister, and he has frequent attacks of the “zoomies.” However, he also makes a wonderful couch companion for long sessions of watching TV.

Goose never meets a stranger. This boy loves everyone. He goes to work at an office with his foster parent, and can occupy himself for hours with a selection of bones and chew toys.

He has a sweet, silly temperament, and he is very treat-motivated! He needs an adopter who can continue to work with him on his manners (mainly those classic puppy behaviors: jumping, leash-pulling, mouthiness).

His current foster thinks he would do well in a household with another dog (or dogs) who can match or manage his intensity of play and his energy level. A slow introduction with other dogs is recommended, since initially he is so exuberant that other dogs may find him off-putting. Once the excitement of introductions is over, he acts like any other friendly young dog!

Goose might be better with older kiddos. He may get to a point where he would be fine. He has met older kiddos in the office and been very polite. It’s not his disposition rather it’s that he is a bit of a bull in a china shop like a lot of young male pits ?
