Goliath's Story
Goliath is still being evaluated and decompressing at this time. His foster is getting to know him and developing a wishlist to find him the perfect furever home! Fosters almost always get right of first refusal regarding adoption of their foster. So, while we are accepting applications for him, he is not quite ready for a forever home until his wishlist is complete and the foster has made their decision about adopting.

So far what we do know about Goliath is: He does not like stairs. He is overweight and will need diet and exercise to keep his young joints healthy. He is a big strong boy and will need a human family who has experience with positive reinforcement leash training and can maintain verbal control of a dog. He loves to meet and play with other dogs.

If you are interested in any NNR pets, please apply directly with NNR. NNR adopts out to the lower 48 states but does not arrange transport. Adopters will have to travel to the foster dog.

NNR is not a first come first served adoption group. We place dogs with the best fit for the dog.

https://nationalnewfoundlandrescue.com/adopt/
