Meet Golden Boy D'oro

Hi! My friends call me “Golden Boy” or “D’oro’”. I was rescued by a teacher who loves me tremendously and wants me to go to a home with a doggie friend to keep me company. I weigh 60 pounds, am quite tall, and I need a secure, fenced yard or an acreage to run in, and an owner who would like a hiking, camping, or running companion. I will be gentle but protective of my owner, and no one will bother you. The truth is that I am a very sweet, affectionate boy and I want to be your close companion. When out of my yard, I go out a little way, but when my foster mom whistles or calls me, I generally come back. I am completely house-trained and I sleep on a dog bed in my foster mom’s living room. I haven’t gotten into things or destroyed anything, but I might counter-surf if given a chance.
