Gloria Chihuahua Mix North Charleston, SC

Meet the glorious Gloria! Gloria is an adorable 6 year old chi chi mix who came from a local shelter right here in Charleston. We were there to pick up other pups but while walking through we saw this sweet lady fast asleep on her bed in a sea of barking dogs. Needless to say she really tugged at our heartstrings and we busted this girl out without much thought. Gloria has been nothing but a dream since coming to rescue. She is a quiet shy gal and has yet to make a peep. She kind of does her own things and trots around the yard. She will go on the leash and is so good and doesnt try to pull or anything like that. She would be an amazing match for an older couple with not much going on other than spoiling this girl. She does well with everyone, kids included, does not mind being picked up and loves her naps. She would sun bathe all day if we let her. Gloria is heartworm positive so she will be undergoing treatment with our vet shortly. Heartworm is not contagious but spread by mosquitoes which is why it is so important to stay on prevention in our warm climate.
