This sweet girl came into our rescue in October of 2023 as a 3 month old baby who could not walk. Our rescue knew she needed a 2nd chance and are hoping you may give that to her. <br/>She had an infection that limited her ability to walk. her own. She has spent NINE months in foster care. Nine months still without a family Nine months of growing and learning to use her wheelchair and going to every single adoption event. Nine months with next to no applications. Is she a normal dog? No. Can she walk? Not without her wheelchair. Does she require special care and a diligent hygiene routine? Yes. Does she feel sorry for herself? ABSOLUTELY NOT! When this girl is in her wheels you can't slow her down. She will run and play with all the dogs and anybody who is willing. She is a speedster that can fly like the wind. She is very dog social and sweet as pie. <br/>No dog deserves to spend 9 months in foster care, much less a handicapped one. She is now just over 1 yr. old and approx. 30 pds. Look at her pics. You will see her sweet baby face when she first came into rescue, and more recent pics of her now in her chair. EVERY dog deserves a home to call their own. Upon approval, talk to foster and then arrange to meet with the dog or cat. Bring treats/toys if you would like.<br/>During COVID and for TRANSPORT- Virtual Home Visit and meeting using Facetime Zoom or What's App. <br/><br/>3. If adoption is approved - Complete Adoption Contract<br/><br/>2023/2024 adoption donations- <br/><br/>Local (South Florida) cat adoption - $150<br/>Local (South Florida) dog adoption - $300<br/><br/>Out of area cat adoption:<br/>One cat- $250<br/>Two cats- $350<br/><br/>Out of area dog adoption:<br/>One dog - $400<br/><br/><br/>All donations are tax deductible.<br/><br/>Adoption donation for dogs includes Spay/Neuter, Up to Date Vaccines, Microchip, Deworming, and Heartworm Check if needed. <br/>Adoption donation for cats/kittens includes Spay/Neuter, Up to Date Vaccines, Deworming, FeLV/FIV testing and Microchip<br/><br/>Thank you!
