Glenn Rhee AKA Rocky American Staffordshire Terrier & Shepherd Mix Los Alamitos, CA

Glenn Rhee AKA Rocky was returned to our rescue on 6/3/21 after his family faced some rough times. He is now 3 yrs old and a beautiful 71 lb boy. A DNA test showed that he is 50 % American Staffordshire terrier, 12.5 % German Shepherd, 12.5 % Neopolitan Mastiff, 12.5 % Rottweiler and the rest is a mystery :-) Quite the all american boy. Rocky loves to greet you with a hug when you get home, lick your face, play ball, belly runs, toys, car rides, walks an snacks. He has lived with children and loves them. He is housetrained and will wait by the door to be let outside to go potty, he is also crate-trained. Rocky is not a huge fan of the vaccum or baths, but what dog is? He understands sit, leave it, drop it and stay but does pull on the leash a bit while walking. He will make a great pet to a home who wants an dog to take places and have fun with, without all the training of a puppy.
This was one of our "Walking Dead" litter of pups. He was born 2/20/18. The entire litter looks very similar, all mostly black with some spots of white.
This dog is not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please do not apply.

We do not have a shelter so individual appointments must be made to meet the pet you are interested in. Our pets are fostered/boarded all over LA and Orange County.
He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Please note that we put lots of time and effort to make sure our pets are ready to be someone's perfect pet before they go home.... and to make sure that we will have the best possible match for this pet we do require an : application, interview, adoption fee and in some case a home check.
