This sweet guy is Gizzy!

Gizzy is a 7.5 year old Yorkshire Terrier that weighs 4 lbs. He was surrendered to the rescue from a breeder so he can live the remainder of his years in a loving home.

Gizzy is very sweet & loves getting attention. If you are sitting down he wants to be in your lap. He’s pretty social with all the people he has meet so far. He does not mind being carried around.

He’s a couch potato kind of guy. He gets along with the other small dogs he has met. He prefers calm adult dogs in the home nothing hyper. He would do great as an only dog or an addition to a home with other small dogs.

Gizzy only has one tooth in his mouth. He eats soft food but occasionally he'll eat dry food only if the morsels are very small.

He is not a fan of being in small crates. He will continually pace back & forth. He is working on his potty training. At night he currently sleeps in his foster parents bed & will snuggle up right next to you. He does know how to use a doggy door but it hasn’t fully registered yet that is where he should be going potty outside every time.

Gizzy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, HW negative, current on HW preventative and micro chipped. His adoption fee is $200.
